Refund policy

Unworn, tarnish-free items in their original packaging may be returned in store for an exchange, store credit or refund within 3 business days of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 3 business days of delivery for delivered orders. Proof of purchase is required.

If a purchased item is found to have a manufacture’s defect within 7 days of the purchase date, it may be returned for (A) STORE CREDIT or (B) EXCHANGE for an item of the same value.

No returns on clearance items.
